Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

United States: 5–8 business days
Puerto Rico: 5–7 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly. We will gladly assist you with the claim process if needed.
